Requirement & Responsibility :

Qualification :

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Having experience in sales and distribution channel
  • At least 2 years of experience as Head of Sales in FMCG Company
  • Having experience handling East Indonesia
  • Having experience handling multi distributor
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market and trend data
  • Strong organization skill, detail oriented, responsible and able to lead a team

Responsibillities :

  • Determining yearly sales targets
  • Reviewing and evaluate distributor performance
  • Analyze sales per item, which can be further developed or need to be rationalized
  • Maintain relationship with customer and supplier/distributor by doing a visit
  • Develop sales strategy and product distribution
  • Conduct field visits to find out problems that occur in the field and analyze opportunities and trends in market
  • Review cost ratio that has been issued by vs TGT for each post that has been determined
  • Review service level for PO fulfillment both in quantity and delivery lead time
  • Ensure the company's annual sales target is achieved
  • Determine the strategy, tactical field, operational system and sales organization structure that need to be implemented to achieve sales targets
  • Coaching the team for succession planning
