Our client, a manufacturing and distribution company of home care products based in North Jakarta is seeking for a market and customer oriented individual to join Sales and Marketing department as a Marketing Manager. They are looking for a person whose eager to grow the company’s marketing, and good at paying attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the existing product from the 4Ps Perspective (Product Price Promotion Positioning).
• Create a yearly marketing plan and make sure the plan will be successfully implemented to raise company awareness.
• Create price setting and promotion programs to management.
• Do the research to identify consumer’s needs for existing products and NPD (New Product Development) opportunities.
• Handle and lead Focus Group Discussion (FGD).
• Follow up the brands and products to make sure all process effectively executed.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Maximum age to apply 30 years old
• Female only
• Working experience 3-4 years

• Experienced as marketing including price setting in FMCG company is a must

• Have contribution in creating a big project
• Having an excellent business sense to develop the company
• Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
