The candidate should have the capacity to lead the Sales team, motivate sales professionally, creatively strategize, and elicit achievement.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Identify and looking for potential clients.
- Updating client data and mapping the area also targeting the prospect clients.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with all clients.
- Conducting product introductions as well as presentations.
- Developing trusted partner relationships to retain and grow revenues over time
- Carrying out sales activities to support team achievement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate relate new business leads.
- Keep updated about the new trends that can help increase sales value.
- Conduct meetings and do negotiations with prospects clients
- Creating a sales and marketing plan.
- Able to do analyzing and maintaining sales value with all clients.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Candidate should have Min. five (5) years of experience in sales in Pharmacy industry.
- Candidate should have a strong knowledge in the raw material and extraction process.
- Have strong understanding about similar products in traditional medicine industry also understanding about the production process.
- Have connections with the pharmaceutical market, clinics and doctors
- Initiative, creative, and communicative person
- Have a leadership spirit.
- Willing to work on Weekend if needed.
