Requirement & Responsibility :

As one of the most developing and experience logistic companies in Indonesia, our client, who has expertise in expenditure, warehousing, shipping line, and many more, is searching for a qualified candidate as an HR Manager. If you have experiences at logistic companies, has handled several HR division projects, and are willing to be placed at Kelapa Gading, you're most welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

Managerial :

  • Responsible for HR Department Work Plan.
  • Arrange the division of tasks for HR staff.
  • Prepare recommendations for the award - reward - punishment and promotion - transfer - demotion of subordinates.
  • Conducting Training, Coaching and Counseling to the work team.

Operational :

  • Carry out the recruitment process under company needs and standards.
  • Collecting a database of candidates according to the required classification and selecting according to work experience and departments, initial interviews and recruitment of new employees.
  • Update the employee database (leaving, entering, transferring, rotating and adding family) every month.
  • Submitting employee assessments, list of work contracts and printing of work contracts at the beginning of each month.
  • Register and monitor the BPJS Manpower at the end of every month.
  • Supervise the distribution of BPJS Manpower cards at the end of each month.
  • Make PBDL salary slips (Monthly Employees With Overtime) at the end of each month.
  • Monitoring the employee attendance for the daily salary system every two weeks.
  • Create salary data based on attendance every month.
  • Take care of the entire administrative process when there is a work accident.
  • Coordinate NPWP, KK & KTP data for all employees every November.
  • Monitoring and implementing industrial relations processes such as work contracts & Manpower permits according to the existing schedule.
  • Prepare warning letters and termination letters.


Control and Coordination

  • HRGA department daily briefing.
  • Coordinating with users regarding the results of the written test and interview results to determine the final candidate as needed.
  • Coordinating with all departments regarding the number of employees and attendance every 25th and 1st.
  • Coordination with users regarding the expired contract list and calling for contract extensions as needed.
  • Coordinating with admin department regarding BPJS registration schedule at the beginning of each month.
  • Coordinating of chronological minutes of events with related parties.
  • Validating of MRS, IWRS documents.
  • Validation of HR documents (leave, doctor's Letter, piece rate and daily salary, overtime, shift change, exit permit, late permit, outside service, employee request, employee status change, BPJS Health, Employment).


Administration and Reporting

  • Handling Employee request form, Application Form, Interview Form, Results Selection test tool.
  • Maintain employee handover notes, Monthly Chart Organization Data (employee turnover), Employee employment contract, SIPP for BPJS TK, BPU participant data for BPJS TK Wholesale, PBDL & PBTL monthly salary data and Daily weekly salary data.
  • Summarize data such as Accident, Employee NPWP, Employee database, Employee appraisal form, Letter of warning and Letter of termination of employment.
  • Carry out the vision, mission, and values ​​of the Company.
  • Maintain Company Confidentiality.
