Requirement & Responsibility :

This client as one of the best independent IT solutions companies who has an excellent track record success rate in all of their projects is looking for a Data Scientist Lead.     1. Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
    2. Generate actionable insights for business improvements
    3. Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
    4. Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
    5. Present information using data visualization techniques
    6. Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
    7. Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
    8. Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
    9. Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

    Other Requirement :

    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitive field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
    2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
    3. Problem-solving aptitude
    4. Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
    5. Analytical mind and business acumen
    6. Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
    7. Fluency in a programming language (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL)
    8. Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
    9. At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
