Project Manager

Compulsary Requirement :

  • Bachelor
  • 23 - 45 years

Requirement & Responsibility :

  • In collaboration with Department Heads, Project Manager determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Provide project updates to all relating stakeholders on a consistent basis about progress, adjustment, and strategy
  • Provide advice to Department Heads on resources needs/prediction to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project Execution
  • Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas of improvement

Other Requirement :

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Engineering or Computer-Science-related field, or equivalent experience in implementing, consulting, or supporting Digital software systems.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading/managing a project or team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
  • Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and responsible for execution and delivery
  • Ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects simultaneously
