Requirement & Responsibility :

  1. Identify partnership opportunities
  2. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  3. Maintain existing business
  4. Think critically when planning to ensure project success
  5. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  6. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
  7. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  8. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  9. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  10. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  11. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  12. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  13. Draw up client contracts - depending on the size of the company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal
  14. Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them
  15. Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
  16. Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  17. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  18. Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate
  19. Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  20. Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
  21. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Other Requirement :

  1. Speak English is a must
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in E-commence
  3. 3 - 4 years' must industry-related business development experience
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  6. Focused and goal-oriented
  7. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  8. Excellent organizational skills.
  9. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  10. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  11. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
